Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SIA (the “Service”), provided by SIA (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms.

The Service

SIA gives you a personal AI agent that runs on an isolated cloud computer with a browser, a shell, and persistent memory. You interact with it through the SIAapp. The agent acts on your instructions; you are responsible for the instructions you give and for the results of actions you ask it to take.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One subscription is for one account; do not share credentials.

Subscription & billing

The Service is a recurring subscription of $19.90 per month, billed in advance. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, to attack or gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own, to send spam, to infringe others’ rights, or to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content. We may suspend accounts that do so.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AI output can be wrong; review important results before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
